The flooring at the main floor is made up of 18” X 18” ceramic tiles laid over a radiant heated concrete slab. This auxiliary radiant heat on the main floor adds a constant level of comfort and augments the forced air system found throughout the house. The second floor and stairs are white oak strip flooring with Glitza Swedish floor finish. The third floor and stairs are carpeted. The second floor bath has a ceramic tile floor while the third floor bath has a Marmoleum floor.
